Our position is balanced: every allegation must be taken seriously, genuine victims must be safe to report, and every accused person must receive a fair, independent and evidence-based process.

JUSTICE BEFORE JUDGMENT FOUNDATION

Access to justice should not depend on wealth.

We are working toward an independent, transparent not-for-profit support fund for people who cannot afford essential help in family and related criminal proceedings.

Subject to formal establishment and independent eligibility rules, support may include family or criminal lawyers, mediation, supervised contact services, essential expert reports and other child-focused services.
